Application: Your Evo Matte Top Coat is your final layer of a Bio Sculpture BIOGEL or an Evo Gel manicure. Apply very thinly and evenly. If you haven't achieved the desired effect after one layer, do not use a thicker layer, but simply apply another thin layer to add more speckles. Cure it for 10 seconds in our  Ultra-hardening lamp or 30 seconds in our Spectra curing lamp. This is a non-wipeable topcoat.
