The prices stated on the UNEW Beauty Coure website include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices stated, we calculate the following shipping costs per order for delivery within Switzerland. The parcels are only handed over by the post office against a signature (registered mail).
Up to a goods value of CHF 400 up to 5 kg, a flat rate of CHF 10 B Post and CHF 12 A Post
from a value of CHF 400 up to 5 kg, free shipping within Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
Delivery takes place within Switzerland & Lichtenstein.
All prices incl. 7.7% VAT
Deliveries to Germany and Austria are possible after prior contact.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are entitled to return incorrectly ordered products free of defects in the original, undamaged packaging for a refund within 7 days of receipt (provided the packaging is in good, resalable condition).
We do not issue refunds for items that we determine have already been opened, used, used or used.
In any case, the return must be registered by e-mail to email@example.com subject return .
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the Products by packaging the Products appropriately and using a reputable delivery service.
Please include a completed returns form with your items.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Complaints about products
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an email to i firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the problem and a photo or two showing the product and possibly the batch number.
We will review and arrange a replacement for the product after checking with the manufacturer, provided there is a manufacturing issue and this has been confirmed by the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot assume any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-working product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer wants the product for further investigation.
