Return policy
Returns should be traceable and straightforward. Please register your return in advance so that we can assign and review the process correctly.
Return within 7 days
Defect-free products can be registered for a refund within 7 days of the order in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions, provided they are in resalable condition.
- Register a return: Send an email with the subject “Return and Warranty” to info@unew.ch.
- Await the review: Once your information has been received and reviewed, you will receive the return form.
- Pack securely: Enclose the completed form and use a reliable shipping service.
The sender is responsible for the costs and safe handling of the return shipment.
Resalable condition
A refund is not possible if products have been used or operated incorrectly, or if the packaging is missing or damaged.
Document a product problem
If a product is not working, please send us a brief description of the problem and a photo showing the batch number within 7 days. Keep the original packaging.
After consulting with the manufacturer, we will assess a replacement if a production defect is confirmed. No liability can be assumed for damage caused by improper storage.
