In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are entitled to return incorrectly ordered products free of defects in the original, undamaged packaging for a refund within 7 days of receipt (provided the packaging is in good, resalable condition).
We do not issue refunds for items that we determine have already been opened, used, used or used.

Complaints about products
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an email to i email@example.com with a brief description of the problem and a photo or two showing the product and possibly the batch number.
We will review and arrange a replacement for the product after checking with the manufacturer, provided there is a manufacturing issue and this has been confirmed by the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot assume any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-working product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer wants the product for further investigation.
