MasterCard

We accept MasterCard as a means of payment both in the online shop and in the branches. Credit card providers charge us a fee for credit card payments. We pass on these additional costs in the form of a fee, exclusively to those who caused them, i.e. to the credit card users. The procedure is called Optional Payment Charge (OPC). In the event of cancellation, we will credit the full amount including the fee back to the credit card used. On request, we can also record the amount in the customer account as a credit (without credit card fee).

Paypal is an internationally known escrow service that allows sellers and buyers to make payments to each other. Paypal processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to us accordingly. On the website www.paypal.com for more information about this service. There is no additional charge.

Invoice

With this payment method, your order will be delivered on account. Additional transaction fees apply. Please note that no invoices are sent by post. The invoices will be sent to you electronically via email. You can also access the invoice via your customer account in the respective order. The payment period is 10 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right not to accept the payment method depending on creditworthiness or dunning level and to change the order to prepayment instead. In this case, it is of course always possible to cancel the order. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.

The additional fees amount to 2.00% of the total amount plus CHF 1.– per order. This payment method is only available in our online shop.
