Who can open a Pro account?
Our shop is aimed at beauty professionals and businesses in the professional beauty industry. These include, for example, beauty salons, nail salons, lash and brow stylists, hair salons, spas, and similar professional establishments.
To activate your account, we verify that you work professionally in the beauty industry.
What documents do I need?
To register, we need suitable proof of your professional activity. Depending on your occupation, this could be a training certificate, certification, or proof of your beauty business, for example.
If we need anything else, we will contact you.
Can I shop without a studio?
Yes. Having your own studio is not a requirement.
Self-employed beauty professionals, mobile service providers, and other qualified professionals can also apply for a Pro account, provided they can demonstrate professional activity.
Which products are for professionals only?
Part of our range is intended exclusively for trained or qualified beauty professionals. Additional training or certification requirements may apply to certain brands or product systems.
The applicable requirements depend on the respective brand and product system.
How quickly will my account be activated?
We review new Pro accounts as promptly as possible. If all required information and documents are provided, activation can generally take place without any further questions.
If any information is missing, we will contact you.
Where do the training sessions take place?
Depending on the brand and training program, we offer in-person training, online courses, or a combination of both formats.
You can find the available dates, training locations, and requirements directly with the respective Academy offering.
Will I receive a certificate?
For certified training courses, you will receive the certificate designated for the respective training program upon successful completion.
You can find the exact requirements and completion conditions for each training course.
How quickly will it be shipped?
We ship with Swiss Post. Orders are processed as quickly as possible; after being handed over to the post, delivery within Switzerland usually takes place on the next business day.
When is shipping free?
Orders of CHF 400 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders below this value, the shipping costs shown will be charged.
Does UNEW deliver internationally?
Our online shop is intended for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We currently do not offer regular deliveries to other countries through this shop.

How does UNEW support a brand launch?
We support beauty professionals with the professional introduction of new brands and treatment systems – from product selection to use in the studio.
Depending on the brand and offering, we support you with product and range selection, choosing suitable starter or treatment systems, training and application sessions, as well as questions about integrating them into your existing studio offering.
Even after launch, we are here to assist you with reorders and product questions.
