Developed to activate the color molecules in the CeraLashTints.

This product is used together with the CeraLashTints in professional LVL treatments when the color is not mixed with the fixer, to create beautifully fuller-looking lashes.

It contains 3% hydrogen peroxide and has been specially developed to activate the color molecules in our CeraLashTint when used as a standalone treatment step. The color developer opens the cuticle layer of the natural lash and allows the tint molecules to penetrate deeply into the cortex for intense color and shine.

This product is accredited by the Vegan Society.
