In addition to the prices stated, we calculate the following shipping costs per order for delivery within Switzerland. The parcels are only handed over by the post office against a signature (registered mail).

In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are entitled to return incorrectly ordered products free of defects in the original, undamaged packaging for a refund within 7 days of receipt (provided the packaging is in good, resalable condition).
We do not issue refunds for items that we determine have already been opened, used, used or used.

Please understand that we cannot assume any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-working product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer wants the product for further investigation.
