Complaints about products
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an email to i nfo@unew.ch with a brief description of the problem and a photo or two showing the product and possibly the batch number.

We will review and arrange a replacement for the product after checking with the manufacturer, provided there is a manufacturing issue and this has been confirmed by the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot assume any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-working product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer wants the product for further investigation.
