Application: Your Evo Matte Top Coat is your final layer of a Bio Sculpture BIOGEL or an Evo Gel manicure. Apply very thinly and evenly. If you do not achieve the desired effect after one layer, do not use a thicker layer, just apply another thin layer to add more speckles. Cure it for 10 seconds in our Ultra curing lamp or 30 seconds in our Spectra curing lamp. This is a non-wipe top coat.
